We are seeking a motivated and experienced Qualified Auditor to join our audit team based in Leeds. As either ACA or ACCA qualified, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving forward the audit and accounting processes for our clients. Responsibilities:
• Project manage audit engagements, overseeing planning, fieldwork, and completion phases.
• Liaise directly with senior client finance personnel, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Contribute actively to team direction and overall operations, potentially engaging in firm-wide projects and client advisory work.
• Manage a portfolio of audit jobs, nurturing client relationships and supporting junior team members.
Requirements:
• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Extensive audit experience including planning and completion stages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercially astute with a client-focused approach.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Proven ability in staff management, training, and performance assessment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proactive and collaborative team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
