Teaching Assistant - The Role    
   
The successfully appointed teaching assistant will be required to provide support to individual pupils and groups of pupils, to encourage improvements in behaviour for learning. Pupils have extremely complex needs and experience high levels of stress that can impact on their daily functioning through behaviour that is detrimental to their own well-being and sometimes to the well-being of those around them. Pupils will require positive emotional support.
       
Teaching Assistant - The School      
       
The school is based in Hemel Hempstead and provides education to children from the ages of 5-11. The school caters to 60 pupils. Located a short bus ride from Hemel Hempstead Station, this school is easily accessible via public transport. There is near-by parking for drivers.
