Your role
* Experience in mechanical systems maintenance (HVAC)
* Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.
* Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.
* Good knowledge of British health and safety standards
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT skills
* Experience supervising contractors.
* A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant health and safety policies.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and other customers
* A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
* You will need to hold an NVQ or City and Guilds
* Experience in Maintenance of HVAC
