Our client is a leading manufacturer and service provider for specialist laboratory equipment that supports safer, cleaner and more productive chemical research.

Based out of the main office, you will primarily complete the maintenance, repair and installation of various instruments and systems (reaction stations and benchtop & hotplate tools & more) for clients across the UK and internationally. In addition to this, you will complete telephone and remote diagnostics as well as offering pre- and post-sales technical support.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in the service industry, ideally lab instruments

* Experience providing service and support to customers

* Ability to read wiring diagrams, instruction manuals etc for electro-mechanical equipment

* Excellent communication: both written and verbal

* Full driving license
