Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to work with one of London’s most successful and distinguished institutions.

As Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for a vast portfolio of properties, managing all aspects of the marketing & letting process, negotiating tenancy contracts and handling all tenant queries for High-Net-Worth clients. This is a rare opportunity to work for an established firm with a commitment to investing in the long-term success of the area by preserving its rich heritage and identity.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a good balance of commercial edge and people skills. Demonstratable experience managing a HNW portfolio within the London residential lettings sector is essential as well as being ARLA qualified. This is a heavily reactive role so you need to be able to think on your feet, be meticulously organised, work effectively with all stakeholders and problem solve on a daily basis. It suits a performance driven individual who can build solid relationships while contributing to company growth.
