Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design & develop high-precision mechanical systems
✔ Optimise designs for performance, manufacturability & reliability
✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
✔ Lead testing & analysis to ensure designs meet performance standards
✔ Cross discipline collaboration
✔ Mentor & support junior engineers

Key Requirements:
✅ Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
✅ Previously taken a product from concept to production
✅ Experience in developing electro-mechanical products
✅ Knowledge of thermal & structural analysis
✅ Expert 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks/Inventor)
✅ Strong understanding of DFMA & FMEA
