Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a poultry feed manufacturer and supplier, in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based at their site in Llay, Wrexham.

What our client is offering for the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Starting salary of £47,380 per annum
42 hours per week on average, working 4-day shifts of 12 hours on a 4 on 4 off pattern
You will be required to work on an on-call rota which will include nights
Permanent Role
Overtime Paid at 1.5 x hourly rate

The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Carry out all aspects of plant maintenance and repair to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the mill's production and intake systems, to minimise downtime and deliver business objectives
Completion of planned preventative maintenance 
Analyse trends in reoccurring faults and breakdowns and Reduce downtime of current equipment 
Responsible for equipment performance and reliability 
Electrical and mechanical fault finding 
What we are looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Minimum 17th Edition certified - ESSENTIAL 
Must possess qualification/apprenticeship in both mechanical and electrical fields
Previous experience with the Food/Drink industry - BENEFICIAL
Ability to able to demonstrate experience of implementing both short-term and long-term solutions and projects in an engineering function covering both electrical and mechanical equipment - ESSENTIAL
