Sphere Solutions are looking for an Quantity Surveyor with experience within Construction/Refurbishment to join their Plymouth based client.

Have you got experience in

* Valuations

* Monthly reporting

* CVRs

* Pricing

Knowledge / Experience required

* Professional Qualification or working towards (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

* Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts etc.

* Experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors

* Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting

* Experienced with direct and subcontract labour
