POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on expanding and enriching our database through strategic marketing of our digital products, including both independent and commercial content. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B digital marketing, with a proven ability to leverage digital channels to grow and engage professional audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive database growth and enhance engagement with their digital products.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing of their independent and commercial offerings.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and channels to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adjusting strategies to enhance database growth.
  • Foster relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to amplify content reach and drive audience growth.
  • Increase engagement across digital media products, from independent content consumption to webinar registrations and virtual roundtable attendance.
  • Create and optimize website content to improve data capture and lead generation, developing top-tier landing pages.
  • Partner with the Editor-in-Chief to market editorial content effectively, acquiring new audience members and strengthening engagement with the existing community.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content Labs to deliver content marketing campaigns, generating audience and leads for digital commercial partners.
  • Support the Customer Success team to manage client expectations and exceed campaign performance consistently.
  • Drive customer engagement and conversion through data analysis and customer journey mapping.
  • Streamline processes, encourage innovation, and ensure marketing excellence.
  • Manage and execute social media requirements for digital media.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (PPC) and LinkedIn, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Work with design, copywriting, marketing, sales, and external agency teams to deliver engaging content and robust campaigns.
  • Manage a marketing budget, accurately tracking spend and projections for budgeting and forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, focusing on audience growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficient in database management, utilizing monitoring tools, and optimizing database performance.
