The Role

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports

* Provide expert advice on tax planning, financial management, and business strategy

* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored accounting solutions

* Ensure all accounting practices align with current laws and regulations

* Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to enhance team performance

* Assist in business development and client relationship management

Requirements

* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting or financial role, preferably in practice

* Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS)

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively

* A proactive, client-focused mindset
