Greenwellgleeson are exclusively working with a successful, growing SME Logistics business, based in Birmingham.Reporting into the Head Of Finance, duties of the role will include:Check payments are timely and communicated to supplierReview debtor queries (in LS absence)Weekly payroll cover / credit control coverEuropean Services and TI transaction processingI/Co invoicing (manual invoices) and reconciliationRoad Tax PaymentsP32 Monthly payment and reconciliationPurchase reservesTransaction processing problem solvingMonthly close of all ledgersVAT reconciliationsDocuware problem solvingNominal link updates - weekly payroll to SageSkills, Requirements, QualificationsExperience working in a similar role in a similar SME environmentKnowledge of Sage 50 and Sage Payrol will be advantagiousOn-site position - 8.30am-4.30pmGreenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
