We are proud to be repsenting our client who are a well established fresh food produce company based in Chichester. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for Factory Operatives to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 07:00 - 19:00, so therefore only working 6 months of the year! Please do recognise that your working days vary and that this role does sometimes include weekends.

Responsibilities includes:

• Weigh and scan raw materials
• Pick fresh produce
• Operate machinery
• Scan all finished goods and put onto the system
• Loading and unloading

What is required?

• Happy with heavy lifting up to 25kgs
• Happy to work in colder environments
• Ability to interpret product and customer requirements
• Be able to communicate effectively to all staff at all levels
• Excellent team player
