About the role of Senior Construction Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued upwards of £20 million across central London.

Responsibilities for Senior Construction Manager:

Playing an active part in delivery on site
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Providing leadership and direction to sub contractors
Helping to devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion Requirements for Senior Construction Manager:

Experience delivering key projects from cradle to grave
Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
CAT, CAT B and cut & carve experience on projects valued at least £20 million
