As a Junior HRBP, you'll be at the heart of the operations, supporting a dedicated region in a full generalist role in addition to leading on value adding projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Managers and Employees: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Implement HR Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards while assisting in the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse HR Metrics: Use data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in supporting with projects such as talent succession/planning and organisational change
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations at all levels and complexities
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
