We're working with a tier one contractor to recruit a Senior Engineer who will support a team of engineers on technically challenging aspects of work. The business has a great reputation on the South Coast working on new bridges, flood defences, highways schemes and more for National Highways, local authorities such as Hampshire & West Sussex CC as well as private clients.

In the role you will have the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day setting out duties and work with the engineering to get ahead of potential problems, come up with value engineering ideas, support development of junior engineers and focus on the technical deliverables of the job.

The business has several challenging projects starting this year and experience of working on the construction of new roads, bridges, reinforced concrete structures and large earthworks packages is desirable.
