TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Papworth and surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Kitchen & Bathroom fitters to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a social housing tenanted property contract.

As a self-employed Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter, you must have your own van along with a tool set, materials and consumables will be supplied. You will be required to complete a range of tasks including carpentry & minor plumbing, patch plastering, painting, vinyl flooring (not cap and cove), and tiling.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £190 Per day. - Van required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bathroom fitter requirements

* Basic plumbing

* Fit vinyl polysafe pur flooring

* Wet room flooring (cap and cove is a major advantage on our Papworth contract)

* Tiling

* Painting

* Plastering making good

* Self-levelling floors (latex)

* All works are targeted with prices and is social housing

Kitchen fitting requirements

* Install new kitchen

* Basic plumbing

* Tiling

* Painting

* Plastering basic making good of areas

* Fit lvt/vinyl flooring 600x600 tiles and vinyl plank flooring glue down

* Self-levelling floors (latex)
