What You'll Be Doing:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, based in Dudley Borough, your day-to-day activities will include:

* Carrying out preventative maintenance and managing plant and building maintenance tasks.

* Working on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm followed by 2pm - 10pm (with flexibility to cover alternative weekends at an enhanced overtime rate).

* Operating in a heavy engineering environment, so be prepared to get your hands dirty and solve challenges on the shop floor.

What You'll Need to Be Considered:

* 1+ year of recent electrical engineering experience in a similar maintenance role.

* A background in working with Siemens PLC Controls is advantageous but not essential.

* Previous experience in a heavy engineering environment (such as steel, refractory, forging, or foundry) will set you up for success.

* A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

* A keen interest in overtime to maximise earning potential.
