We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving firm, growing their client base and a specialist within a bespoke industry. With a developing consumer base our client is looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their alarm activation team. Our client is one of the UK's leader in property and site security. 

As the Customer Service Executive you will develop, grow and maintain a portfolio of clients effectively managing the customer journey from a security and advice point of view. 

Due to continued success our client has grown over 30% in the last calendar year, would you like to grow with them? This is a role to not miss with an employer who will invest in you. 

If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience this is the position for you. 

The nature of our client's business within the alarm activation team requires the staff to wok on a 4 on 4 off rota from 07:00am - 19:00pm.

This Customer Service Executive role will hold the below responsibilities: 

Managing customer relationships arranging quotes and relationship management 
Reviewing customer cases and issuing responses
Deal with inbound customer enquiries 
The processing and action of work orders compiled by their clients
Managing a portfolio of clients requests and provide aftercare 
Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices
General administration duties
Handling of complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process.
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Executive role will hold the exposure and skillsets below: 

Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential 
Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships 
A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow 
Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
Excellent Attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft office and outlook
Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Full UK Driving License
