A rare and unique remote working Family Legal Assistant role has arisen. The firm based in Telford is seeking a remote working Family Legal Assistant who has at least 5 years’ experience.

The Firm:

This is a small but well-run Law firm that has a Family Solicitor along with three support staff with its office being Telford based.

The Role:

The role itself requires a Family Legal Assistant to work remotely, supporting the Solicitor on all aspects of their caseload, which is mainly comprised of non-molestation and private children matters. This will require you to be available to speak and liase with Clients, produce documentation, diary management, typing, booking appointments along with other Legal administrative and Paralegal duties.

The Person:

You must have at least 3 years’ experience supporting a family team along with being self-sufficient as you will be working remotely. You will have knowledge of non-molestation and private children matters, along with other general areas of Family Law. Self-motivation is crucial!
