Insolvency Solicitor (NQ to 1 PQE)

About the Role:
Well established multi-office law firm is looking for a motivated NQ solicitor (or 1 PQE) to join their dynamic Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team in Manchester. You will work on both corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to a variety of cases and developing your skills alongside two directors and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality insolvency advice to clients, ensuring their goals are met.

* Manage client relationships from start to finish, including billing.

* Prepare and review legal documents for court hearings.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory and file management standards.

* Collaborate with colleagues to promote the firm's interests.

* Develop litigation strategies and update senior associates and directors.

Skills and experience required:

* Qualified solicitor from any practice - NQ to 1 year PQE approx.

* Strong communication skills.

* Team player with a client-focused approach.

* Results-driven and proactive.

* Flexibility to support the team.

* Prior insolvency experience is beneficial but not essential.
