WHAT YOU'LL NEED& &

• Long-term experience behind the bar in a high-end venue&
• Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service& & &
• Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers&
• Awareness of market trends, ability to create and innovate existing drink lists alongside our Head of Beverage&
• Strong understanding of financial aspects of the bar operation towards cost effective strategies, including expertise of stock control and ordering
• Experience with staff scheduling, training and development&
