As a personal advisor, you will start to work with young people from their 16th birthday, forming relationships and contributing to their pathway plan on their journey into independence.The role involves working with a wide range of differing needs/complexities and supporting one of the most vulnerable groups within society, you must be able to work with partner agencies and be prepared to travel/respond to crisis as they arise. We work with young people up until their 25th birthday.
