A great opportunity for an experienced Shared Ownership operative to join an established team in Land & New Homes, helping people get their foot on the property ladder. This rewarding role will see you dealing with initial enquiries from customers, helping them fill in and process applications, all the way through to handing over the keys on moving day. This role ideally suits someone who loves helping people, has a cheerful outlook and is good with paperwork and is computer literate. NB - YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SHARED OWNERSHIP SALES, AS YOU WILL BE HEADING UP AN S.O. TEAM.
