Manual Machinist

Location: Cramlington

Rate of Pay: up to £13.65 per hour

What you will be doing:

* Conventional milling and turning

* Producing precision parts

* Machining components to the required size.

* Machining from a route card and technical drawing.

* Checking quality as you work, using hand measuring equipment such as venires and micrometers.

What you will bring to the team:

* Previous manual milling and turning experience is essential.

* Educated to Engineering Apprentice level or equivalent.

* An ability to read, interpret and communicate technical drawings.

* Manual Handling Training and overhead crane experience.
