A dynamic, independent commercial property management and building consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to elevate their Bristol team.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

In this exciting role, the Associate Building Surveyor will join an established and thriving building consultancy team, engaging in a diverse range of roles encompassing both professional and project focused services.

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be instrumental in forging and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the team across a spectrum of Building Surveying instructions.

Person specification

The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a dedicated and passionate individual, with proven experience in providing both professional and project focused services.

• MRICS qualification is beneficial but not essential
• Consultancy experience/background is preferred
• Client management skills
• Previous management experience would be ideal
