Head of Digital Product Management

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Head of Digital Product Management to drive our digital strategy and elevate customer experiences taking responsibility for the whole front end web estate developing a best in class offering

You will assess current technology, shaping a web product roadmap that includes websites, e-commerce platforms, and future innovations. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you’ll deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that improve our customer experience.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and manage the web front end roadmap focused on innovation and improvement.
• Oversee the rebuilding of our online platform for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with vendors to optimise our web platforms.
• Use data and customer insights to drive enhancements.
• Lead UX design efforts to improve customer journeys and boost conversions.

Likely experience   

• Strong technical background in web front end applications.
• Experience in digital product management with a proven track record B2C
• Skilled in managing vendors and delivering e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of integrating CRM systems to improve customer experiences.
