Salary:

  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.

Your Role:

As an IFA Administrator, you will be the backbone of our advisory team, ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact through to recommendation and ongoing review. Your role will include:

  • Managing appointments and correspondence on behalf of advisors.
  • Liaising with product providers and managing the administrative side of new business processing.
  • Updating client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Liaising with Customers

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
  • Strong understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems.
  • A proactive, client-first attitude, with a desire to support the success of both the advisors and the firm.
