Description

• Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial insights and advice.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting process for the business unit.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Partner with Accounting team to ensure accuracy and usefulness of financial data.
• Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Support in the decision-making process by providing relevant financial data.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or QBE
• Data improvements
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive financial process improvements.
