Responsibilities as a Supply SEND Teaching Assistant:

Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum.
Work with students of varying abilities, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
Assist teachers in maintaining an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Help manage behaviour and foster social, emotional, and personal development.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to the wider school community.Job Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEND).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible and compassionate approach to working with SEND students.
