Administrator (Housing)

Salary: £18.00 - 20.00 per hour

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Hertfordshire based housing association with their recruitment of a Compliance Co-ordinator.
The main purpose of the role is to aid the Head of Asset Delivery in ensuring that the Association meets its statutory and legislative obligations in relation to Fire, Asbestos, Legionella, Electrical and Lifts
What will you do in the role?
* Provide statistical information regarding performance in key compliance areas to demonstrate compliance
* Update the compliance database with completion dates / certification, and ensure all corresponding documentation is filed accordingly
* Liaise with contractors to ensure visits are carried out at appropriate times to ensure compliance is always maintained
* Collate, monitor and control documentation on the Associations servicing/safety programmes
* Collate findings from fire fisk assessments, legionella risk assessments and lift inspections and update actions once complete
Who would excel in this role?
* Experience of working in a safety / compliance role
* Good IT skills, able to use Excel, and adapt to different IT systems
* Experience of communicating with external contractors and other service suppliers
