Company Overview:An established residential builder with a £40m-£50m turnover, specialising in new build developments, seeks a highly capable Senior Technical Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead, shape, and expand a technical team, working on multiple high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and technical management of multiple residential new build projects.
- Review and update designs; liaise with architects, engineers, and relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate design solutions when queries arise on live sites, ensuring effective communication with production, surveyors, and other departments.
- Manage the entire design and technical process, including design programming, project tracking, and technical appointments.
- Supervise and support architectural teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of drawings.
- Play a pivotal role in establishing a high-performing technical team, enhancing project delivery standards and fostering growth.
