CRM DATA STRATEGY MANAGER (12 MONTH FTC) - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I am supporting a globally renowned fashion house on a CRM Data Strategy hire.
THE ROLE
The successful CRM Data Strategy Manager responsibilities will include:
- Lead the ongoing migration of customer data into Zeta, including data auditing, validation, and user acceptance testing, to ensure seamless transition and reliable data performance for CRM activities
- Define and execute new processes for data handling, quality assurance, and validation, ensuring robust data governance and a strong foundation for ongoing CRM strategy
- Oversee the integration of CRM campaigns into the CDP, using the new platform to drive and monitor customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, data, and operations, providing clear insights and guidance on data best practices, KPIs, and governance.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct troubleshooting, and support data-related problem resolution to maintain high data standards and accuracy.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Data Strategy Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in CRM data strategy - Understanding of how data is leveraged for CRM and marketing campaigns is essential.
- Ability to query databases, build tables, and navigate data architecture within a CDP is essential
- Prior experience working with CDPs and managing data migrations is preferred
- Skilled in SQL for database querying, data extraction, and report generation.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align on data requirements, goals, and outcomes
- Solid knowledge of marketing data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices to ensure data reliability, accuracy, and compliance
