Are you a skilled Project Engineer seeking a new, exciting opportunity on a permanent basis for an expanding business, specialising in water and wastewater projects. You'll be a key part of their project delivery team, working on the design, procurement, and management of projects ranging in value and complexity. Project Engineer
Essential Skills / Requirements:

* Prior experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water industry is highly preferred

* Previously worked in water/wastewater treatment environments

* Willing to travel to client sites

* Clear, professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

* Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, cost, and program specifications.

* Design and Estimation: Support project design and estimation phases, ensuring client specifications are met efficiently and safely.

* Client and Team Collaboration: Attend start-up, site visit, and design meetings to ensure alignment and maintain communication on design adjustments.

* Procurement Management: Pre-qualify subcontractors, create material specifications, respond to queries, analyse bids, and manage orders.

* Budget Oversight: Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting for each project phase.

* Compliance and Improvement: Ensure design and procurement activities adhere to the Integrated Management System and suggest process improvements.

* Field Support: Provide on-site and remote support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
