• Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Client Relationship Partners.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Implement client development initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning and execution of key account events, ensuring strong client engagement.
