The company:The company specialises in manufacturing medical and industrial products on an international scale.

Main duties:To drive improvements in free cash flow and operational performance, with a focus on optimizing accounts receivable and credit processes.

The role:- To engage with customers and account teams to set optimal credit terms and build strong client relationships while reducing bad debt risk.- To effectively utilize and analyse data to assess credit risks and formulate proactive strategies that are fully aligned with company goals.- To improve and strengthen our credit strategy by implementing industry best practices.- To work closely with internal and external teams, including, Controllers, Treasury, Sales, Service Delivery Managers, and Accounts Receivable teams.- To ensure compliance with collection activities and proactively resolve any related issues

The candidate:- Fluent French (spoken and written)- Experience in B2B Credit Control is a must- Experience in manufacturing environment would be beneficial- Understanding of Incoterms and related payment vehicles, including Letter of Credit and Cash Against Documents (CAD)- Familiarity with financial reporting sources such as D&B, Graydon, or Credit Risk Monitor- Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate- Driven, motivated and prepared to maximize the opportunity

The salary: Up to £33,000 per annum
