Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering large-scale new build residential projects across South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee high-profile projects and play a key role in delivering quality mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the mechanical installation process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance

* Manage project budgets, schedules, and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers

* Supervise and coordinate on-site teams to drive efficiency and maintain deadlines

* Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and company standards

* Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality control checks

* Work closely with design teams, ensuring project specifications are met

Requirements:

* HNC/NVQ Level 3/4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar

* 5+ years' experience managing mechanical projects in residential construction

* SMSTS & First Aid certified + Black Managers Card

* Strong understanding of MEP systems & construction processes

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
