Conveyancing Assistant - Norwich

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant for our well-established client based in Norwich.

How does the day-to-day look?

Support Fee Earners with admin tasks
Communicate with clients & Estate Agents
Handle Land Registry applications & property searches
Assist with conveyancing transactions & due diligence checks
Process Stamp Duty Land Tax forms & post-completion procedures
Work towards managing your own small caseload
You will have:

Strong admin & IT skills
Excellent communication & time management
Ability to work independently & in a team
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Experience in a Conveyancing Department (essential)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00am till 17:00pm (Part time hours available)
