People Advisor

£36,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are an experienced HR professional with good knowledge of ER, TUPE and redundancy processes then this position for a People Advisor could suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing advice, support and solutions to all managers across the business

- Supporting managers with the management of ER cases by providing advice and guidance

- Developing line manger HR capability and people management competence

- Providing HR support for organisational change and restructuring activity

- Managing redundancy situations and supporting the TUPE process

- Providing advice on Employment Law, working arrangements, contractual matters and employee consultations
