Job: Business Development Manager
Location: Halesowen. Office-based.

Salary: £35k + uncapped Commissions

We are looking to take on an experienced Business Development Manager to work across the East Midlands, and the Home Counties.  Your key responsibilities will be to introduce the company  to a range of businesses in your area, talking to them about Guaranteed Maintenance, Service Plans and Fleet Management. Explaining the benefits of our products.

You will also be required to grow our existing customer business by building strong relationship with existing users.

The Business Development Manager Role includes:

· Promote and sell the companies products
· Source new leads
· Build relationships with new and existing customers
· Be knowledgeable regarding your geographical area and use it to your advantage
· Have a genuine desire to work in a field-based environment
· Work according to set KPI's

The Business Development Manager requirements:

· Sales experience - minimum of 2 years in the automotive sector is an advantage.
· Full clean UK driving licence
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Willingness to travel
