Location: Glasgow/Hybrid

Overview: Join a leading Glasgow firm as a Solicitor, handling a wide range of insurance and defender personal injury claims. 

Experience:

• Handling defender personal injury claims, including motor, employer’s liability, public liability, industrial disease, clinical negligence and fatal accident cases
• Supporting on extensive and intricate motor, public and employer’s liability cases in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
• Providing legal representation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
• Managing a caseload of contentious and non-contentious advisory work

Skills:

• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral advocacy
