Excellent cost control and cost reporting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management tools (BlueBeam desirable)

Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the North

What you get in return:

You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, a strong order book, and a down-to-earth, supportive team environment. The company promotes long-term careers, not just short-term hires, and many of their staff have been with them for several years.

Competitive salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

Attractive benefits package including car allowance, fuel card, pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Opportunities for career progression within a stable, growing contractor

A mix of office and site-based working offering variety in your role

A professional environment that values safety, integrity, and quality workmanship
