Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Chatham

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Term: Temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Do you have experience in managing client relationships? Are you confident on the phone?
• The role is primarily to look after existing clients as well as developing new relationships
• Managing an internal client database
• Calling clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Building relationships and introducing yourself as their new business contact
• Booking appointments
• Using the internal CRM to update information

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
