I am partnering with a global commercial real estate consultancy seeking to expand its general practice division by hiring a talented Property Manager for the Manchester office. You will be working with multiple clients across different asset classes, be the number two to the director, and help manage the wider team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all landlord and tenant-related matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and covenant releases.
• Provide hands-on management of service charge budgets, offering market advice and addressing any arising issues.
• Oversee all facets of property management, including acquisitions, disposals, and general portfolio management.

The Candidate:

• Possess at least 5 years of PQE experience in a commercial property management role. MRICS qualification is preferred, but candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
