We are seeking a temporary labourer to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our workshop and surrounding areas. The role includes supporting the on-site Maintenance Engineers with basic tasks and ensuring the overall upkeep of the facility. This position is a 4-week rolling contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance workshop.
Empty waste bins and properly segregate waste into the correct recycling bins.
Assist Maintenance Engineers with simple on-site tasks.
Move office and shop floor furniture as required.
Perform minor cosmetic painting tasks.
Keep the rear yard and main entrance to buildings clean and presentable.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as forklift (FLT) battery top-ups and company vehicle checks.
If FLT licensed, assist in moving larger items within the workshop and yard.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a labouring or maintenance support role is preferred.
FLT license (desirable but not essential).
Ability to carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
