If yes, then an exciting opportunity has opened for you. We are looking for a Head of Finance to join the team of this Cambridge University College. Reporting to the Bursar, you will be using your organisational, analytical and management skills to supervise the finance team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading finance team.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Production of monthly management accounts.
• Annual planning, budgets and forecasts.
• Long-term financial planning.
• Establish appropriate internal financial controls.
• Manage treasury, cashflow and banking.
• Financial analysis and management information.
• Manage external relationships such as auditors, banks and insurance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified professional accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Experience of leading finance teams
• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent IT skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
