We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Leader to join our client's team in Newmarket. If you have leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment and are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow, we encourage you to apply!

Position: Team Leader

Location: Newmarket

Shifts: Monday to Sunday (rota-based), 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (finish time may extend if required)

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Assignment

Pay Rate: £11.69 p/hr week days & £12.19 p/hr weekend

Start Date: ASAP

As a Line Leader, you will oversee a team of operators, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and addressing day-to-day challenges. This leadership role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of operators to ensure smooth warehouse operations

* Provide guidance and training to team members to improve skills and productivity

* Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently

* Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve production goals

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a leadership position within a warehouse or production environment

* Excellent English communication skills

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while meeting production targets

* Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are a must

* Own transport is required due to limited public transportation options
