A principle contractor leading the way in 2024 with interesting and varied projects are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on a major CAT A fit out. .

Having secured exciting projects within the prime residential, hotels, and heritage sectors that will see them through till 2026, they continue to grow from strength to strength.

As the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will have complete financial responsibility for the delivery on a £45m CAT A fit out of iconic city building. Assisted by a Project QS, you will be the overall commercial lead administering all aspects of both JCT D&B and JCT Traditional Contracts on this scheme.

The Key Attributes:
• Strong and stable employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principle contractor
• Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects between £10m -£30m
• Candidates who have experience on super prime, heritage or hotel projects will be highly considered.
• Proven experience of taking projects from start to completion.
• Committed, driven with high energy levels.
• Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
• Willing to commute daily into Central London.
