We are delighted to be working with a local school who are looking for a part-time Administrator / Cover Officer to join them as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours of work will be 7am - 12pm, Monday - Friday, term time only.
As the Cover Officer your main duties will be:
. To arrange cover for absent staff
. Recording cover arrangements on the system
. The first point of contact for staff absences and recording staff absences
. To arrange any room changes occurring from staff cover arrangements or student temporary incapacity
The ideal candidate will have:
. Organised and professional qualities
. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Can do attitude
An Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential for this role, please apply if you have this.
