Up to £55,000 | Covering the M4 Corridor | Commercial Building Maintenance

GH Engage are partnered with leading facilities & building services provider who are seeking an exceptional Technical Services Manager looking after a portfolio within the M4 Corridor.

The successful applicant will have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance, ideally within commercial/corporate facilities.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:

3+ years of experience in a Technical Services Manager role or similar.
Experience in the commercial building maintenance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
Engineering qualifications: mechanical, HVAC, or electrical.
Compliance; logbooks & RAMS, ISO audits.
Quoting remedials & extra works.
