Technical Product Manager – Drupal | 9 Month Contract | Remote, UK | £650pd Inside IR35My client is hiring a Technical Product Manager with Drupal experience to join them at an exciting part of a large Web-based upgrade project from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. The role will be fully remote from within the UK and can pay up to £650pd Inside IR35.This role is not suitable for Project Managers or Business Analysts and is only for Technical Product Managers, with Drupal migration experience ideally or at least deep technical knowledge of Drupal.Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise expertise in Drupal to guide strategic decisions and optimise platform performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Taking ownership of key decision-making, leading product development from a technical POV
  • Oversee the comprehensive upgrade of clients' websites, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, Delivery Manager, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless integration and deployment.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring deliverables are met within budget constraints.
  • Monitor and report on progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance project outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing web development projects, specifically with a focus on Drupal.
  • Strong Leadership skills and key Decision-making skills
  • Prioritising workloads and managing time effectively across the development team
  • In-depth understanding of Drupal architecture, modules, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving aptitude, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is a must.
